Training & certification for service advisors
Train a new hire to run the front counter.
Write a clean repair order. Explain the car in plain words. Sell honestly. Handle the hard conversations. Taught in the order the job happens, and proven on a real ticket before anyone gets certified.
Prepares you for the ASE C1 Service Consultant test.

How it works
Prove it, don't just click through
Every track climbs the same five steps. Certification only counts the last three.
Step 1
Learn
Short lessons in plain words, one idea at a time, on a phone between customers.
Step 2
Remember
Flashcards that bring back what you miss and fade out what you know.
Step 3
Decide
Real counter situations with one right call and a full explanation.
Step 4
Do
Build the estimate in the RO Simulator. It's graded line by line: labor, parts price, tax, authorization.
Step 5
Perform
Talk to an AI customer with a concern and a mood. A manager or coach reviews the grade.

Questions
Is this ASE certification?
No. The course follows the ASE C1 Service Consultant task list and prepares you for that test, but ASE certification comes from passing ASE's own exam plus the work experience ASE requires. Our certificates show you completed this program and proved it on real tickets.
Does it work with our shop software?
Yes, with any of it. The RO Simulator is our own generic shop system, so the skills carry over to whatever your shop uses and no vendor screen change can break the course.
What happens if an advisor leaves our shop?
Their certificates belong to them and follow them to their next job. You can reassign their seat to someone new.
What happens when we cancel?
Access ends at the end of the billing period. Progress and certificates are never deleted, and a certificate stays valid until its expiry date. Renewing a certificate needs an active seat.
Who writes the content?
Every lesson and question is written from the ASE C1 task list, FTC consumer guidance and real shop situations, and approved by the program owner before any learner sees it.
How long does Level 1 take?
It depends on the person. Lessons run 6 to 12 minutes each, so a few a day on a phone adds up fast. Experienced advisors can take a placement test to skip lessons they already know, but everyone sits the certification exam.
